Everyone here at Best Response Media is delighted to be able to announce that we have been nominated for the best Mobile eCommerce Agency at the Drum Recommends awards.
We can’t stress enough how grateful we are for all the wonderful feedback that our clients provided that enabled us to reach this milestone.
An award based on client feedback
The Drum Recommends compiles their shortlists based entirely on the feedback they receive from hundreds of thousands of different clients of different eCommerce agencies. We don’t get to see any of the feedback but knowing that it was good enough to get us nominated for an award and alongside a host of other great agencies is an amazing feeling and we would like to say a big thank you on behalf of our whole team.
This is not the first or even the second time that your feedback has earned us a place on a Drum Recommends shortlist this year. Way back in July, we were listed as one of the top 20 eCommerce agencies for mobile development and later in August, we were listed as one of the top 20 eCommerce agencies for a variety of our services.
As an independent agency with big ambitions, knowing that the work we do is making our customers happy is the best feeling and only makes us want to push harder to expand on this success.
Keeping up with trends
“It’s great to be nominated for any award but to be shortlisted as one of the best mobile development agencies is a sure sign that we’re keeping up with the trends and delivering in one of the fastest-growing channels within eCommerce.” Said David Wain-Heapy, our managing director.
The last year has given real rise to mCommerce. By the end of this year, it’s forecast that purchases made via mobile devices will account for 54% of the market and represents a staggering 40% increase over the last five years. This means that brands and eCommerce agencies alike can’t underestimate the importance of mobile optimisation as these figures are still expected to rise going into next year and on into the future.
The Drum Recommends Awards are taking place on October 15th, fingers crossed we will have some more good news to share with you after.
