As an Account Director, you will excel in building strong relationships and always have our client’s best interests at heart.
Due to a period of extreme growth, we are hiring for a highly confident and experienced Account Director who is able to lead key client accounts and build client and agency relationships. The role includes developing strategic partnership solutions for clients alongside responsibility for delivering and managing partnerships and campaigns.
What You'll Do
Maintain all existing relationships and identifying and securing client growth opportunities through creative projects, cross selling of services and expansion.
Demonstrate growth of accounts whilst maintaining the highest levels of service.
Develop positive, proactive relationships with Client and Agency team creating a stimulating environment within which the best work can develop.
Ability to translate complex briefs and business challenges into robust, feasible and creative solutions.
Collaborate with colleagues in leading commercial discussions about new and existing opportunities.
Develop and manage close working relationships with the client to ensure expectations and deliverables are achieved.
Demonstrate a solid strategic and executional understanding of the client’s business and market.
Work effectively with Project Management to ensure that all projects are on budget. Taking responsibility for ensuring the team has the right time and resources to deliver within the client’s time frame.
Strive to maintain and constantly improve creative standards within the business, whilst nurturing the team to carry this through at all levels
Track and manage all account finances as well as managing account forecasting, organising status meetings with Managing Directors to ensure all targets are met.
Contribute and participate in new business plans, pitch and wins
