The Account Manager is a senior member of the BRM team so we expect professionalism, an ethical approach to work and the confidence to ask for help when you need it.
What You'll Do
The Account Manager will have full ownership of all eCommerce accounts. You will be the first point of contact clients and be responsible for conducting daily, weekly and monthly update meetings with stakeholders and senior management.
Work closely with the BRM Managing Directors, Project Managers and Developers to ensure that projects are on time for delivery and within budget
Support the Senior Team on new business proposals
What You'll Bring
Exceptional client management skills from previous work positions in account management or business development.Ideally we would like some agency experience but client side will also be considered
A solid understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce (Magento) or the technology industry.
Second to none time management and organisational skills. You will be able to manage a number of competing priorities
The ability to understand and communicate complex issues
A strong grasp of the English Language both written and spoken.
A positive attitude and the desire to be part of a highly successful and growing agency.
