Global Luggage is a British, family-owned luggage and accessories retailer that's been in business for over 20 years. It sells a range of top, high-quality luggage brands like Tumi, Samsonite and Skyflite.


Project requirements

Global Luggage came to Best Response Media seeking to improve their existing website's UX and overall look and feel as well as migrate it to the Magento platform. It needed the experience of using the site to rival the experience of its physical retail location on London's strand.



Best Response Media overhauled Global Luggage's online presence. The site has a smoother UX, with adventurous and inspiring photography getting customers in the mood to travel.

Strong, bold design gives the luxury luggage space to shine, putting product photography and important details like weight, volume and materials centre-stage. The changes Best Response Media made led to a much more joined-up experience for customers, in turn driving improved conversion.

Content marketing strategy Global Luggage is a leader in luggage and travel accessories – and it was crucial its online reputation reflected that. Best Response Media put in place a structured content marketing strategy, to build awareness, create links and drive traffic to Global Luggage store.
Finance integration A full set of luxury luggage can be a heavy investment. We integrated 'buy now pay later' and interest-free credit options right into the product page – helping lighten the load on customers and drive conversations across the store.
