Project Requirements

JING wanted to improve their eCommerce store to make them the first point of call for anyone considering buying premium tea and accessories. They wanted to migrate to a platform that supported their long term business goals and growth targets.

When they approached Best Response Media their website was not fit for purpose, it did not support their wholesale experience and it was not fully integrated into their backend systems.

Magento 1 end-of-life was a key motivation for the project and it was an opportunity to improve their mobile experience, site speed and overall usability.

Outcome

Best Response Media migrated JING to Magento 2 Commerce giving them a dynamic omnichannel solution that supported their business vision.

We integrated multiple backend systems to streamline their internal processes from customer service support, marketing automation, order fulfilment and payment systems to ensure customer payments were secure.

The result was a stylish website that reflected the quality of their brand, the ethos of their teas and that brought their tea experiences to life.

Solution

Magento 2 Commerce Cloud We migrated JING to Magento Commerce, a rich visual merchandising platform, to give them a secure, stable platform to create powerful shopping experiences. Magento Commerce allows JING to operate more efficiently with streamlined back end operations.
Cross Channel Marketing To bring together all JING’s data points we integrated Ometria’s marketing platform into Magento Commerce. Giving them a single view of their customer profiles, behaviours and valuable insight to create personalised marketing experiences.
SEO Migration We carried out a thorough SEO migration as part of JING’s website build, to address any missing content, and to build and maintain their Google ranking. We carried out in-depth tasks pre-launch, during and post-launch such as; site crawl, redirects, category structure review and restructure, https review and monitoring 404s and rankings post-launch.
Business Integrations To ensure JING’s new eCommerce platform worked seamlessly with their backend business systems, we integrated the customer services platform Zendesk, integrating Braintree for secure customer payments and Ark Helix for the smooth fulfilment of orders.
